I am passionate about medicinal plants, medicine practices, Amazonian indigenous communities and other natural medicines. I spent over a year exploring natural medicines from different parts of Central and South America. I explored some parts of Andes mountains, lowland Amazon, to dense jungles in western Amazon. That travel helped me gathered information on over 80 medicinal plants some describes some not so much. During my stay in the jungle, I participated in a few Master Plant Dietas and also learned a few medicine protocols with a few Amazonian medicine maestros(expert traditional botanists).
Since 2018, I have been attending Biohacker summits, conferences, Meetup events, finding local herb availability through herbalist stores etc. Through that curiosity I gained a lot of insights into the medicine practices, authentic alternative practices, natural supplements industry, cutting edge nutrition studies, and healthcare systems. Personally I found a huge benefit from diving deep into many cross sections of health and nutrition. And for this reason I am creating informative presentations to share my store with photos, videos and illustrations on various topics related to natural medicines.
